  • Cancelling more than 10 days before the conference starts:
    full refund of the amount paid

  • Cancelling less than 10 days before the conference starts:
    50% cancellation penalty

  • Cancelling the day the conference starts or during the conference:
    no refund of the registration fee

  • Cancellations must be made by email to the technical secretariat
  • Annulation plus de 10 jours avant le début de la conférence :
    remboursement intégral du montant payé

  • Annulation moins de 10 jours avant le début de la conférence :
    pénalité de 50 %

  • Annulation le jour du début de la conférence ou pendant celle-ci :
    aucun remboursement des frais d’inscription

  • Les annulations doivent être effectuées par email auprès du secrétariat technique
